Maintenance Electrician

1-4 on call

No Van

Location: Edinburgh

Competitive Salary: (up to £42,000 based on experience)

Performing routine electrical tasks and planned preventive maintenance (PPMs)
Conducting emergency lighting assessments
Monitoring the Building Management System (BMS)
Identifying faults and addressing reactive work as needed
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Delivering high-quality services to customers and contract holders
Participating in the on-call rotaDesired Candidate Profile:

Possession of a valid UK driving licence
Completion of a formal apprenticeship and relevant trade qualifications in electrical work
City & Guilds or equivalent certification in electrical installations or a related field
18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
Prior experience in the FM or building maintenance industryPreferred Qualities:

Team player

Ability to comprehend complex information and demonstrate keen attention to detail
Maintains composure and professionalism while communicating effectively
