As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping to deliver a personalised and inclusive learning experience.

• Providing focused 1:1 support to students with special educational needs

• Adapting learning tasks and resources to meet a variety of individual needs

• Working alongside teachers and SENCOs to implement support strategies

• Promoting student confidence, resilience, and independence

We're looking for a Learning Support Assistant who brings empathy, initiative, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children with diverse learning needs.

• Previous experience supporting children with SEND, ideally in an educational setting

• A creative and flexible approach to learning support

• A calm and nurturing presence with strong communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
