Daytime Healthcare are assisting a national leading childrens care provider who are looking for a Registered Manager to join their new childrens home, in Leytonstone, London.

As a Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the care teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support to our children and young people. The successful candidate will oversee a team of Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Support Workers, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

Duties:

• Oversee the daily operations of the childrens home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in care delivery.
• Develop, implement, and review individual care plans for residents, tailoring services to meet their specific needs.
• Recruit, manage and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality care is consistently delivered.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the facility.
• Maintain accurate records related to resident care and staff performance.
• Liaise with Ofsted in relation to the registration of the home.

Skills and Experience:

• Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare AND Level 5 in Leadership and Management
• Must have at least 2 years at supervisory level within an Ofsted Children’s Home
• Driving Licence is strongly favourable
