We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a new residential development in Swindon, working with a leading national housebuilder.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new project from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with the day-to-day running of the site

* Supervise subcontractors and trades

* Maintain health & safety standards

* Support site quality and delivery targets

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role or strong site background

* Good organisational and communication skills

* Desire to progress within the industry

* SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS preferred
