Our client are a leading supplier of aluminium and magnesium castings for the aerospace and defence industries. They are looking for a hard working and conscientious individual to join their team on a long term basis.

As a Production Operatice within the Furnace team you will learn how to:

• Operate furnaces and pour molten metal into moulds.
• Produce casting test samples
• Perform knocking out through manual and machine processes
• Grade and measure compositions of ingot and reclaimed material.

You will need:

• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse or construction role
• A good level of physiical fitness, the role includes a degree of manual lifting
• To be able to work in a hot environment
• To be able to follow safe working procedures

Hours of work

Monday-Thursday - Friday Hours
