Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a stable role with a well-established construction company? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable business that values accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the finance function, reporting directly to the Financial Controller and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations and VAT returns
- Assist with monthly reporting and liaise with external accountants
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Bookkeeper (AAT or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping software
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Previous experience within construction or similar industry is desirable
