A well-established law firm based in Kensington is seeking a dynamic Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join their growing Real Estate department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor with a strong background in bridging and real estate finance to contribute to a high-performing team specialising in complex property transactions.

The successful Solicitor will be joining a close-knit practice known for its supportive environment, professional development opportunities, and expertise in real estate and financial matters. Located in W8, this firm has built an enviable reputation for delivering bespoke legal services to clients in the property and finance sectors.

The Solicitor's role

The new Solicitor will work directly with experienced Partners and a highly regarded team on a wide range of real estate finance matters. These will include advising lenders and borrowers on bridging loans, managing high-value secured lending transactions, and overseeing legal due diligence processes.

The role will involve regular client interaction, providing commercially-minded legal advice, and managing files independently from instruction through to completion. A sound understanding of real estate finance structures, and an ability to build strong client relationships, are essential.

The Solicitor

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years' PQE
Strong experience in real estate and/or bridging finance transactions
Ability to manage caseload autonomously and prioritise deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to develop expertise within a specialist, forward-thinking practice
