Payroll Administrator - London & Overseas Payroll (Hybrid)An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join the HR and Finance team of this financial services company based in the city.

This role will support payroll operations for theirLondon office as well as their international offices, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across multiple locations.

• Salary: £34,000 - £39,000 doe
• Location: The City of London
• Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities:* Process monthly payrolls within strict deadlines* Provide administrative support for pensions and related documentation* Maintain accurate payroll records and filing systems* Manage the payroll inbox, responding to internal and external queries* Process new starters, leavers, absence, statutory leave and pay, and employee benefits* Process and reconcile all fixed pay instructions, including salary changes and pay uplifts* Prepare payroll journals and provide required information to Finance for accurate financial reporting* Ensure compliance with UK statutory and legislative requirements* Perform manual pay calculations when required

What We're Looking For:* Experience in payroll administration, ideally with exposure to both UK and overseas payroll* Strong customer service skills and the ability to respond confidently to queries* Knowledge of statutory regulations, legislation, and UK tax processes* High level of accuracy and attention to detail* Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner
