Creative Designer (In-House)
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Type: Full-time (flexible/part-time option available)

Overview
In-house role supporting marketing across digital, print, and events. Suited to an upper junior-midweight designer ready to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply and maintain brand guidelines

* Design marketing, sales, and digital assets (web, social, email)

* Create event materials and co-branded content

* Produce social graphics and templates

* Support campaigns with visuals, motion, and basic video editing

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Graphic or Creative Designer (in-house or agency)

* Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and marketing collateral

* Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Adobe Express or Canva

* Experience across digital (web, social, email) and print design

* Strong typography, layout, and visual composition skills

* Proactive, organised, and adaptable

* Strong communicator and team player

* Comfortable taking initiative in a fast-moving environment

Salary
£32,000 - £36,000 basic salary
