The ideal candidate will have concept to completion project delivery skills, with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure technical excellence. This is a permanent role on a hybrid basis based in Falmer.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee technical delivery of water and wastewater projects from concept to completion.
Lead and develop engineering teams to ensure quality outcomes.
Provide expertise on process design, technology selection, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and project objectives.
Review and approve key technical documentation.Key Requirements

Degree in a related field.
Strong experience in water/wastewater treatment, particularly design and delivery.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
Solid knowledge of UK water industry standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
