* Act as Engineering representative in Sales Order Acknowledgement meetings.

* Ensure delivery commitments are met across the full product lifecycle.

* Support ISO 9001 compliance and process improvement initiatives.

* Contribute to technical reviews where appropriate (without being the primary designer).

What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months)

* Clear resource planning framework in place.

* Improved visibility of project status and KPIs.

* Successful adoption of structured project governance tools.

* Reduced team overload and improved delivery predictability.

* Strong collaboration between Engineering, Sales and Operations.

* Stable, engaged and well-led engineering team.

What We're Looking For

* Experience in a similar Engineering Manager or Team Lead role, with proven line management responsibility.

* Strong background delivering technical projects or products within a multi-disciplinary environment.

* Experience working within structured processes (e.g. ISO 9001) and driving process improvement.

* Excellent people leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to manage priorities, resources and delivery under pressure.

* Strong analytical and organisational capability.

* Engineering degree (or equivalent experience).

* Experience in defence or aviation, and/or knowledge of RF, embedded systems or electronics would be highly beneficial.

* Experience reporting to senior leadership and familiarity with Agile methodologies are advantageous.

* Must be a British Citizen or eligible for security clearance
