Holland and Barrett are looking to recruit a Legal Administrator, to join our thriving in-house Legal Function.
The Legal Administrator will support a small and friendly in-house legal and compliance team. Reporting to the Legal & Compliance Director, the successful candidate will support the team and liaise closely with the Legal & Compliance Director, Head of Contracts, Compliance Solicitor and Trainee to manage the general administration and process task of the Legal Team, including: Supplier Onboarding Due Diligence checks, GDPR administration, Accelerate Contracts Program administration, inbox management and progressing customer complaints that have been escalated to legal. Training will be provided in all of these functions.
The successful candidate can expect to take on an interesting and varied role supporting the legal team and will need excellent organisational skills, be keen to investigate and ask questions and have accurate attention to detail. No legal qualification required.
