Senior Building Surveyor needed.

An award-winning and growing consultancy based in the heart of Manchester are now seeking a talented and motivated Senior Building Surveyor to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Senior Building Surveyor to work in a growing and collaborative environment with a varied and interesting portfolio of projects. Commercial offices, Grade 1 & 2 listed buildings and High End Residential projects.

Responsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor

Leading a team on professional services and project management
Preparing reports on building conditions
Advising clients on building regulations, compliance, and maintenance.
Managing fit out & refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
Assisting with dilapidations, party wall matters, and other property-related disputes.
Providing expert advice on building pathology and defect analysis.What do you need?

MRICS is preferred, but not essential
BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
Exposure to Residential, Commercial or Heritage sectors
Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
Ability to manage your own workload and work independently.This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within a supportive team, offering a competitive salary (£60K - £70K) and a clear path for professional development - (Associate Director within 12 months)
