IT Technician
Chippenham | £25,000-£29,000 + Benefits

This is a perfect opportunity for someone early in their career with a passion for Technology to join a leading IT Services as part of their internal IT Team.

In this role, you'll provide day-to-day inhouse support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues, setting up and configuring systems, maintaining company PC images, and supporting internal IT operations. You'll also be involved in troubleshooting, technical upgrades, mobile device setups, and maintaining IT asset records, ensuring that employees have a seamless computing experience.

What's on offer:

What we're looking for:

* Experience in a similar IT support or technician role (does not need to be MSP)

* Experience supporting PCs in an Active Directory environment

* Ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, and network connectivity issues

* Knowledge of system setup, configuration, software installation, and maintenance of company PC images

* Experience managing IT inventory, assets, and peripheral equipment

* Technical experience with mobile devices and meeting room technology

* 1-2 years' experience in a similar role (preferred)

* Passion for IT - from gaming rigs to global networks.

* Willingness to travel across UK sites, including overnight stays if required
