Job Title: Female Support Worker
Location: Bradford BD6
Pay rate: £13.76 Per Hour
Job Type: Temp - Perm, Part time
Shift and Schedule: 18 hrs total per week - Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays (10am-4pm)
 
Priority Healthcare are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a Support Worker in the Bradford area, this role involves lots of long walks so a high fitness level is required.

Our client is a female who lives with a brain injury and would like to improve her health and confidence, so being physically fit is a must. She is looking for someone cheerful and confident to accompany her outdoors for most of the day on long walks in the country. The client attends a weekly horse-riding lesson where you will be required to observe her performance and provide feedback.
You will be part of a rehabilitation team so enthusiasm a must.  

You will also get supervision from a physiotherapist and neuropsychologist. You must have first aid training and be confident in it's application

Successful Applicant:
•    Must hold a full and valid UK driving license and have their own car to use whilst on shift.
•    Must have a minimum of 12 months complex care experience within the UK
•    Must be comfortable walking long distances with a high level of fitness
•    Must be comfortable working around horses with no allergies
