Reed Education are proud to be supporting an Outstanding secondary school in Northampton as they look to appoint a motivated, confident, and reliable Cover Supervisor to join their team from September.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Support pupils in maintaining a positive learning environment
• Provide effective supervision during teacher absence
• Build strong relationships with students and staff

This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, experienced support staff, or anyone passionate about education and looking to take the next step.
