About Your New Role:
As a Sous you will be an integral part of the business. You will work side by side with the head Chef to ensure the whole team are a high preforming unit, always delivering fantastic food. You will be a Sous that will meet the same level of enthusiasm to serve a starter or a dessert as you will be counting the stock at the end of serves. You will take pride in what you do and most importantly you will be approachable to all members of the team.
The role of sous chef is paid at £30k per year, with additional service charge, and other staff perks. You will be happy to work split shifts and be comfortable working evenings. This is a Monday to Friday role, but NOT 9 to 5.
This role is perfect for someone who wants their weekends, but still wants a career, there are plenty of opportunities in the future for the right person to progress and develop.
