RG Consultancy are working with an excellent, well-established company based in Wigan who are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager to their small friendly team.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this Payroll Manager role would be solely responsible for ensuring the accurate administration and timely processing of the company's payroll.
Duties include:
- Processing end-to-end payrolls weekly and monthly for approximately 300 staff
- Collating weekly timesheets
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Administraiton of pension
- Liaising with HMRC as required
- Assisting with year end process, P11Ds, P60s
- Identify and implement process and system improvements
This Payroll Manager role is ideal for someone who is experienced in a stand alone position and is used to running multiple end-to-end payrolls.
They can be flexible on hours to suit the candidate with a minimum of 2 full days required. Elements of HR and Accounts can be added into the role if more hours are required.
