Junior Receptionist and Administrator

Are you friendly, organised, and ready to start a career in administration? We're looking for a proactive Junior Receptionist / Administrator to support a busy, growing team and be the welcoming face of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Answering incoming calls and taking messages
Welcoming and signing in visitors
Handling courier pickups, deliveries, and parcel dispatch
Preparing refreshments and organising food for meetings
Tidying meeting rooms and helping maintain a professional environment
Managing petty cash and keeping refreshment supplies stocked
Posting letters and parcels
Organising stationery and processing requisitions
Supporting the team with scanning, filing, and general admin tasksWhat You'll Bring

Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
Friendly, confident communication style
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for errandsBonus Skills
