Due to continued growth, CDM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a driven and professional Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our Hebburn office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop a successful career within recruitment, supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing the full recruitment process from initial client brief through to successful placement

* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients

* Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates

* Advertising vacancies across appropriate platforms and proactively sourcing talent

* Matching candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and client requirements

* Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process

* Ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation

* Working towards agreed performance targets and contributing to overall business growth

Key Requirements

* Excellent communication and relationship management skills over the telephone and in person

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

* A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

* Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

What CDM Recruitment Ltd Offers

* Annual OTE up to around 35k first year for trainee (Realistic)

* 50-70k OTE once established

* Office Hours (No weekends)

* Early finish every Friday (15.00)

* 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and up to 8 additional bonus days
