RG Consultancy are excited to be working with a successful In-house contruction and property consultancy based in Wythenshawe who are looking to add an Accounts Payable Assistant to their finance team. Reporting to the Head of Accounts, the Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for the Accounts Payable processes and need to support the rest of the team for any Ad-Hoc duties.

The Role:

• Record and process invoices from vendors, suppliers, contractors and sub contractors.
• Verify and approve all invoices ensuring accurary of the invoice and the receipt of goods.
• Issue payments according to the agreed T's and C's.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure all invoices are paid and recorded.
• Create and submit weekly timesheets for month end submissions and weekly subcontractors invoices.
• Provide general accounts administration support

The Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience
• Experience within Bookkeeping and/or payroll
• Computer literate with experience with SAGE, Excel and Xero
• Experience with CIS Invoicing and Post Purchase Credit notes is desirable
