The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a Crane Driver/360 Grab Operator for our Recycling client based in Wolverhampton.
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 07:00-16:30
Hourly Rate: £14.00-£15.50 per hour dependant on experience
Start Date: Immediate
Duties of 360 Grab Operator will include:
- Carrying out daily machine safety checks
- Loading and unloading materials using the crane
- Operating a shear or other machinery as required
- Depolluting vehicles within the vehicle shed
- Setting up and safely operating cranes
- Moving materials around site in line with schedules and site plans
- Monitoring crane stability and load weights
- Reporting any faults or issues to the supervisor
- Maintaining accurate records of materials moved
- Ensuring site travel routes remain clear
- Working on-site in a busy, noisy environment
Requirements of a Crane Driver/360 grab operator:
- 360 grab operator experience is essential
- Recycling centre experience desirable but not essential
