Groundworker (FT Dumper) - National Grid Person

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Civil Operative / Groundworker to support works on a National Grid substation project in Cilfynydd. This role involves working within a live high-voltage infrastructure environment, supporting substation upgrades.

Key Duties:

Carry out general groundworks on a National Grid substation site.

Operate plant including dumper and roller where required.

Assist with excavation, ducting, trenching and reinstatement works.

Support civil construction activities associated with substation infrastructure.

Work safely within a high-voltage transmission environment.

Adhere to all site health, safety and environmental procedures.

Ensure works are completed in line with project requirements and schedule.

Requirements:

National Grid Person (NG Person).

CPCS or NPORS Dumper ticket.

CPCS or NPORS Roller ticket.

Previous experience working on National Grid or high-voltage substation projects.

What We Offer:

£25 per hour.

45 hours per week.

Temporary role for 2-4 weeks.

Start date Monday 23rd March.
