Operations Administrator  

OA are recruiting for a Operations Administrator to join our client's successful and growing team.

You will be responsible for ensuring daily warehouse administration activities within the warehouse operation are completed in line with business requirements, including effective utilisation of operational resources in-line with quality, safety, and customer service requirements.  

Location: Aston Clinton

Hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm OR 8am-4pm

Salary: £25,000-£26,780

Operations Administrator Key Responsibilities

Health & Safety awareness, challenging unsafe behaviours
Recording of all warehouse hours by client, maintaining Site master
Daily/weekly reporting of timekeeping and attendance levels to warehouse management
Monitoring of emails and bookings as required
Updating of department calendars
Creation of waves and printing of outbound documents
Working with other team leaders to ensure daily site objectives are met
Responsible for training all warehouse admin functions
Liaising with account managers and administrators communicating any issues in a timely manner
Liaising with temporary labour agencies
Temporary staff inductions
Populating client invoices with all relevant charges
Ordering of pallets, packaging and sundries
Generation and distribution of reports to management
Documentation of standard operating procedures
Receipting and put away of returns
Holiday and absence cover for other Warehouse administrators
General Housekeeping
Any other reasonable related duties as required
