A well-established law firm is seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with private client experience that is looking to grow and develop their career in a supportive and flexible environment.

The Role:

• Flexible, office-based position with adjustable core hours
• Work directly with the Head of Department while building your own caseload and client base
• Supervise an administrative assistant, developing leadership skills
• Focus on client-facing work with clear career progression opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare Wills, Grant of Probate applications and Powers of Attorney
• Manage client communications, ensuring high standards of service
• Undertake fee-earning work under supervision and maintain confidentiality
• Manage your own caseload, diary and administrative duties

About You:

• Experience in Wills, Probate or Private Client law is essential
• Ability to deliver top-tier client service and produce accurate legal documents
• LEXCEL compliance and commitment to further qualifications such as STEP is desirable
