Job Title: Shift Plant Operator

£45,000 Basic + Overtime / Shift Cover + Production Bonus

Day / Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and monitor plant processes, ensuring optimal performance.

* Monitor and manage feedstock input to maximise production output.

* Maintain accurate records of plant performance, maintenance activities, and compliance checks.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Carry out routine inspections and maintenance on equipment, including pumps, feedstock systems, motors, gear boxes, conveyor systems and gas engines.

* Troubleshoot and diagnose faults, assisting in repairs to maintain plant efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience working in a heavily process driven environment - Milling, Malting, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Power Generation

* Mechanical or electrical maintenance skills (desirable but not essential).
