What you'll be doing

Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver exceptional service to clients and members
Driving performance and accountability, ensuring processes, compliance and quality standards are consistently met
Challenging existing ways of working and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
Supporting and mentoring individuals to reach their potential through coaching and tailored development
Building strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally
Ensuring risk and compliance processes are embedded and maintained across the teamBenefits
