A high-achieving secondary school in Enfield is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to provide classroom cover across all year groups. This is a brilliant stepping stone into teaching and education.

What You'll Do:
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Ensure students remain on task and engaged in learning
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy
* Provide feedback to teaching staff after cover lessons
* Support the wider school community during non-cover periods

Requirements:
* Graduate with excellent communication and leadership skills
* Confident classroom presence and ability to engage young people
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to work across different subjects
* Previous experience with young people is desirable
