DUTIES
* Strategic procurement within heavy engineering environments
* Supplier management, contract negotiation and performance evaluation
* Managing international trade compliance
* Supporting technical teams with procurement expertise

PERSON
* Proven track record as a Senior Buyer, Purchasing Manager or similar
* Background in engineering or manufacturing, particularly heavy industry
* Experience with international procurement and compliance or similar
* Ability to work autonomously and drive departmental improvements
