To support the Finance department processing Purchase Orders and Purchase invoices. Ensuring supplier accounts are appropriately administered on the accounting system such as payment terms, supplier details, etc. Monthly reconciliation of Supplier accounts. Bank reconciliations. Highlight weaknesses in the process and financial controls. To keep records up to date and in good order.

To work as an effective team player to ensure the optimum efficiency and profitability of the company.


Raise Purchase orders and monitor spend versus PO balance regularly.
Regular reconciliation of supplier statements.
Process Purchase invoices onto Sage, match against stock receipts, jobs completed, gain approval, and process payments when due.
Keep Sage up to date for all Supplier information
Process Sales invoices from Orderwise
Assist team in other finance tasks as required
