A fast-growing Managed Service Provider in Burscough is looking for an experienced Service Desk Specialist to act as the final point of escalation for complex IT issues.

Perfect for a 3rd Line Engineer or a strong 2nd Line Engineer ready to step up in an MSP environment.

You'll be working across:
✅ Windows Server & Microsoft 365
✅ Networking (DNS, DHCP, routing)
✅ Firewalls, cloud & backup solutions
✅ RMM & PSA tools
✅ Multi-client MSP environments

You'll also:

Handle high-priority & complex issues

Support migrations & infrastructure projects

Mentor junior engineers
