Senior Care Assistant - Residential Care Home
Location: Walsall
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Full Time, 36 hours per week (3x 12-hour shifts), working across a 7-day rota
On-Call: Participation in management on-call rota

Our client, a well-established care provider, is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Care Assistant to join their dedicated care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a care professional looking to take the next step in their career while working in a supportive and well-resourced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver the highest standards of person-centred, safe, and effective care to all service users.

* Support and supervise care assistants, working closely with the nurse in charge.

* Participate in operational and management duties, including the on-call rota.

* Uphold confidentiality for service users, their families, and staff.

* Adhere to Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and other regulatory measures, taking appropriate action when concerns arise.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

* Recent experience working at Senior Care Assistant level.

* Strong staff supervision and management experience.

* Experience participating in management on-call support.

* Trained in Medication Administration.

* Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
