JDR Recruitment are recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join our client based in Runcorn Location: Runcorn WA7Job Role: Electrical EngineerHours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.Salary : up to £45,000 per annum Key Responsibilities - The role is Electrical 75% / Mechanical 25%
- Oversee installation and maintenance of equipment
- Performing electrical and mechanical calculations and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members
- Dealing with breakdowns (asked to stay behind and paid overtime)
- Must be available for overtime and emergency call-outs
Qualifications & Experience - Minimum 3 years experience, predominantly within electrical maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Domestic electrical qualifications and experience very useful
What we're offering
- Regular overtime available at time and a half
- Weekend call outs paid at double time.
- Minimum call out pay of 4 hours
