We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Room Leader to lead one of our rooms and inspire a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality early years education. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident Level 3 (or above) qualified professional looking to take the next step in their childcare career.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily running of the room
Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Support, mentor, and supervise room staff
Monitor children's learning and development through observation and assessment
Ensure the room meets high standards of care, safety, and hygiene
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
Act as a Key Person for a group of children
Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are always met
Contribute to staff meetings and continuous improvement within the nurseryRequirements

Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Previous experience in an early years setting
Experience leading or supervising a team (preferred)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Excellent organisational and leadership skillsPositive, proactive, and professional attitude
