Slough, BuckinghamshireWe’re currently recruiting for a Temporary Head Chef to take the reins of a well-established kitchen while the venue recruits a permanent replacement. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef to step into a leadership role and keep standards high during a key transition period.Role Overview:You’ll be responsible for:- Managing day-to-day kitchen operations- Preparing and delivering a high-quality menu- Maintaining consistency and presentation across all dishes- Stock rotation, ordering, and creative use of surplus ingredients (especially through daily specials)Working Hours:- Wednesday & Thursday: 4:00pm – 9:30pm- Friday & Saturday:10:00am – 3:00pm & 4:00pm – 9:30pm- Sunday (Roast Service): 10:00am – 6:00pmIf you are interested, please send your CV and notice period to
