About the Role
A global technology-driven organisation is seeking a Business System Analyst / Business Analyst to support and optimise its Field Service Management (FSM) systems. Based at the company's Head office, you will play a key role in simplifying and enhancing global Service business processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced Business System Analyst BSA to join a collaborative environment where you'll lead on process mapping, system configuration, and data analysis-driving real-world impact across a global operation.
Key Responsibilities for the Business System Analyst / Business Analyst
- Analyse and document existing service business processes
- Identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions
- Create business requirements, user stories, test cases, and training materials
- Support the implementation and rollout of FSM systems globally
- Develop dashboards and forecasts using tools like Power BI
- Write SQL reports as required
- Maintain data integrity and system hygiene
- Deliver training sessions to service system users
- Provide day-to-day user support
- Lead small projects or contribute to larger transformation initiatives
Key Skills & Experience required for the Business System Analyst / Business Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 2-3 years' experience in an analytical or business systems role, ideally in a service-based business
- Strong understanding of Field Service Management systems and service workflows
- SQL reporting experience
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools
- Understanding of project management and software development lifecycles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
