A boutique Chartered Financial Planning practice in Knutsford is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join its small but highly professional team. With only around five staff in total, you will be an integral part of the business from day one, working closely with the Adviser and support team to deliver an exceptional client service.

You’ll be central to the advice process, responsible for:

• Technical analysis and product research

• Preparing detailed, bespoke suitability reports

• Using industry-leading systems (Intelligent Office, FE Analytics, FinCalc)

• Attending client meetings where required

• Supporting and working alongside colleagues to maintain outstanding service standards

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or equivalent) - essential

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within financial services

• Strong technical knowledge and excellent report writing skills

• Proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to take ownership

• Ambition to continue developing professionally

• £35,000 - £47,000 depending on experience and qualifications
