🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Social Care Assessments, Support Planning & Reviews
Carry out Safeguarding Enquiries, Risk Assessments & Protection Planning
Complete Mental Capacity & Best Interest Assessments
Prepare Court of Protection Applications
Conduct Carers Assessments & Reviews
Participate in NHS Checklist & DST Meetings💼 Requirements:

Proven experience in adult social care
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and statutory responsibilities
Registration with Social Work England
Ability to manage caseloads effectively and meet deadlines💷 Pay Rate: £30 per hour (LTD) or 22.57 PAYE
