Key Responsibilities:

Service, maintenance, and fault-finding of security systems including intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control

*

Field-based work across commercial and residential sites

*

Ensuring accurate and timely reporting and documentation

*

Delivering professional service and support to customers

*

Participating in the on-call rota for out-of-hours support

Requirements:

*

Minimum of 3 years' experience servicing security systems

*

Good knowledge of systems such as Texecom, Galaxy, Hikvision, Paxton, etc.

*

Full UK driving licence

*

ECS/CSCS card preferred

*

Excellent fault-finding skills and attention to detail
