Salary Paying from £20,000 to £23,000
We are working with a well established client based in Andover, our client is looking for a Purchase ledger to join their fast growing team.
Must have good administrative skills, not afraid to pick the phone up and push suppliers for updates.
Purchase Ledger Duties
- Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders.
- Set up new suppler accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger.
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Process business expense returns
- Processing petty cash receipts
- Assist in the preparation/manage purchase orders
- Ad-hoc duties
Successful candidate qualities
- At least 1yr experience
- Great interpersonal & Communication skills
- Good team working skills
- Ability to work independently
- The ability to work to monthly deadlines
- An aptitude for IT - knowledge of software packages like, Excel & Sage
