Salary Paying from £20,000 to £23,000

We are working with a well established client based in Andover, our client is looking for a Purchase ledger to join their fast growing team. 

Must have good administrative skills, not afraid to pick the phone up and push suppliers for updates.

Purchase Ledger Duties

  • Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders.
  • Set up new suppler accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger.
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Process business expense returns
  • Processing petty cash receipts
  • Assist in the preparation/manage purchase orders
  • Ad-hoc duties

Successful candidate qualities

  • At least 1yr experience
  • Great interpersonal & Communication skills
  • Self-discipline
  • Good team working skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • The ability to work to monthly deadlines
  • An aptitude for IT - knowledge of software packages like, Excel & Sage
