Part-Time Finance Assistant - 4 Days A Week

Accounts Payable Functions

*Review and input invoices and credit notes in the finance system (Sage)
*Input data and payment details into the finance system (Sage)
*Reconcile supplier's statements, liaise with suppliers and resolve queries in a timely manner
*Raise purchase orders as and when required and follow-up with budget holder where required
*Accurate reconciliation of Bank Statements, Credit card and Petty Cash
*Keep appropriate and accurate up-to-date records of all financial transactions
*To maintain efficient filing system and manage archiving of historical items according to company policy
*Monthly reconciliations with

Accounts Receivable Functions

*Reconcile trade vouchers as and when required
*Prepare and raise invoices and credit notes as and when required
