Primary Teacher QTS | EYFS - Workington

Humly is recruiting a Primary Teacher QTS to join a primary school on a long-term basis.

This is a full-time role starting 13/04/2026 and continuing until 22/05/2026. This opportunity would suit a creative and passionate Early Years teacher who can take full responsibility for an EYFS class. You will play a key role in supporting pupils at the start of their education, with the potential for the role to extend for the remainder of the academic year.

Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning in EYFS

Supporting children's early development across all areas of learning

Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment

Observing, assessing, and tracking pupil progress

*

Working collaboratively with support staff and the wider school team

What You'll Bring

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

*

Experience teaching within an EYFS setting

*

Strong understanding of early years development and play-based learning

*

Ability to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment

*

A flexible and proactive approach to teaching

Pay

Non-AWR: £120 - £150+ per day
AWR (from week 13): £168.80 - £232.57 per day (M1 - M6)
