Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Supplier Non-Quality Management Specialist to join its on-site team in Derby, UK. This role involves working closely with suppliers and our clients teams to ensure quality and delivery standards are met.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct supplier reviews and validate corrective actions on the shopfloor
• Manage internal reporting and update our client's platforms
• Ensure On-Time and On-Quality Delivery (OTD/OQD)
• Secure operations for engine deliveries

?? Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in 8D problem-solving methodology
• Experience in supplier quality processes and industrial environments
• Effective coordination with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

?? Logistics & Supply Chain:

• Manage critical parts and prioritise deliveries
• Track and report operational performance

?? Analytical Abilities:

• Identify and mitigate risks
• Monitor and report delivery KPIs
