We're looking to appoint a Temporary Voids Repairs Manager to help oversee the delivery of repairs and maintenance to empty properties. This is a hands-on, rewarding role that ensures homes are kept to a high standard and tenants receive a service they can rely on.
The Role:
You will:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Void Repairs service, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
Supervise a small team of operatives and/or contractors, monitoring performance and productivity
Act as the key contact for tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring excellent customer care
Carry out inspections, diagnose repair issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Work closely with the Assets Team, Housing Team and other teams to support effective service delivery
