The Role - EYFS Teaching Assistant

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering high-quality, play-based learning to children aged 3-5. Your duties will include assisting with phonics and early maths, supporting child-initiated activities, preparing resources, supervising small groups, and encouraging children's social and emotional development. You will work closely with the EYFS team to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment where every child can grow with confidence, curiosity, and independence. The ideal candidate will be patient, nurturing, proactive and genuinely passionate about Early Years education.
