Front-End Developer – Blackburn - Hybrid workingFull Stack, Developer, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Blackburn, Lancashire, North West  This advanced solutions provider requires a driven and self-motivated Front-End Developer to join their busy technical team and motivate those around them. They are based in Blackburn and are operating a hybrid working model. The key to this role is leading the design and development of scalable web applications and platforms.The Front-End Developer will be responsible for:

• Defining front-end architecture and development standards using best practices
• Building secure and maintainable codebases using modern React and TypeScript
• Collaborating with product, leadership and marketing teams
• Mentoring junior developers and providing code reviews
• Overseeing integrations with APIs and driving performance optimisation

The following skills and experience are required:

• Strong front-end web development experience
• Strong experience with React
• Experience providing scalable front-end architectures
• Strong understanding of component-driven design and state management
• Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with any UX design work in Figma is desirable
