We are working with a reputable and long-established local establishment who are looking for a qualified Vehicle Technician to join their experienced team and contribute to high-quality vehicle servicing and repair.
 
This position is also open to college leavers or equivalent, looking to start a new career as a Vehicle Technician!

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs
Identify and fix faults using modern diagnostic equipment
Complete MOT preparation and repairs in line with UK standards
Replace and repair components (e.g. brakes, suspension, engines)
Maintain clear and accurate service records
Support junior technicians or apprentices as needed
Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Full UK driving licence
Attention to detail and commitment to safety
A friendly and professional approach
If you have an MOT Tester certification, manufacturer-specific training (e.g., VAG, Ford, BMW), or IMI or ASE accreditations it would be beneficial
