• Processing customer orders using the Opera 3 computer system
• Managing customer enquiries and requests
• Completing accurate data input and maintaining records
• Using key software: Outlook, Excel, Word, Nitro Pro, plus internal systems
• Working collaboratively with other departments to support smooth operations

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confident computer user with strong IT proficiency
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to build strong working relationships across teams
• Relevant administration or supply chain qualifications (ideal but not essential)
• A proactive team player who thrives in a busy environment
