Atlassian App Support Engineer - £500+ per day

We're seeking an experienced Atlassian Support Engineer for a government project.

You must have ACTIVE SC Clearance and be willing to go through DV clearance vetting.

This is an initial 12 month contract, inside IR35 and paying £500 per day with flexible, hybrid, working in East Kilbride.

You'll be supporting and developing the Atlassian solution (Jira, Service Management and Confluence), leading the data centre upgrade and supporting the production environment.

You'll need a deep understanding of Atlassian tools, plug ins and the underlying technology as you'll have real ownership of your work and be an SME for Atlassian tools across the digital service.

Requirements:

Proven experience of Atlassian tools and products

Strong Jira and Confluence knowledge - a true Subject Matter Expert

Data Centre upgrade experience

Excellent communication skills

Current ACTIVE SC clearance

Good knowledge of technical, customer-focussed, support
