Limewood Care Home is a purpose built service in Stafford, providing specialist dementia, nursing and respite care for 59 residents. The home offers a structured and supportive environment for individuals with complex health needs, combining clinical expertise with a strong focus on dignity, wellbeing and person centred care.

Support Worker Day Shift and Night Shift

• £12.71 per hour
• Full time and part time hours available
• Day shifts and night shifts available
• Pension, paid DBS, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview
As a Support Worker, you will provide high quality, person centred care to residents living with complex health needs, including dementia and nursing requirements. You will support individuals with daily routines, helping to maintain independence while ensuring safety, comfort and dignity at all times.

You will assist with personal care, mobility and mealtimes, while responding sensitively to changing needs. Your approach will help create a calm and supportive environment where residents feel reassured, respected and well cared for.

Working closely with the wider care team, you will follow care plans, support structured routines and contribute to a consistent and well organised environment. This role is open to both experienced care professionals and those new to care who are willing to learn and develop within a specialist setting.
